Friyay
On Friday, we will welcome you in the city centre for the entire evening. Our location is De Bruul, a small park in the heart of the city. We will have food (real Belgian fries!) and drinks (real Belgian beers!) available for everyone, whether you arrive early or later in the evening.
Our members will be attending our general assembly but will join us shortly.
Saturday
On Saturday, we will start the morning with a brewery visit at a very exquisite and rarely accessible location (however, still to be confirmed).
After a delicious picnic, we’ll offer you two activity options:
- a sporty kayaking trip on the Leuven river, the Dijle, or
- an informative guided tour of the historic centre of Leuven, led by our very own JCI Leuven member, Karel Dejaeger.
No worries, we’ll make sure there are plenty of hapjes en tapjes (“bites and drinks”), and after some free time to freshen up or go out for a drink, we’ll enjoy dinner together in the city centre.
Sunday
We hope you are already looking forward to this weekend! JCI Leuven is ready to welcome you from Friday, June 5th to Sunday, June 7th.
The price is €150 for the entire weekend, including dinners, some drinks, lunch, and the brewery visit.
Accommodation: JCI Leuven will look into home hospitality options (a few Jaycees have already “booked their room”), and we will also provide information regarding several hotel alternatives.
